Expected Project Timeline

    • Client gets in touch via phone, email, website enquiry, or through a referral
    • FLEX discusses the project aims, budget, and overall feasibility

  2. Initial Site Visit / Survey

    • FLEX carries out a site visit to assess the space
    • Measurements, photographs, and client requirements are noted

  3. Detailed Pricing / Quotation Provided

    • FLEX prepares and sends a detailed, itemised quotation
    • May include options, phased work, or variations if applicable

  4. Client Accepts Quotation

    • Formal agreement on scope, terms, and costs
    • Any final queries addressed and adjustments made

  5. Holding Deposit Taken & Date Confirmed

    • Small holding deposit taken to secure the date in the diary and both parties’ commitment to the project

  6. FLEX Provides a Project Timeline

    • FLEX sends a project timeline to the client
    • Payment schedule sent, including breakdown of holding deposit, stage payments, final balance and company T&Cs

  7. Final Agreement / Contract

    • Formal contract signed by both parties

  8. Works Commence

    • Construction work begins as per the agreed schedule and timeline
