- FLEX discusses the project aims, budget, and overall feasibility
Initial Site Visit / Survey
- FLEX carries out a site visit to assess the space
- Measurements, photographs, and client requirements are noted
Detailed Pricing / Quotation Provided
- FLEX prepares and sends a detailed, itemised quotation
- May include options, phased work, or variations if applicable
Client Accepts Quotation
- Formal agreement on scope, terms, and costs
- Any final queries addressed and adjustments made
Holding Deposit Taken & Date Confirmed
- Small holding deposit taken to secure the date in the diary and both parties’ commitment to the project
FLEX Provides a Project Timeline
- FLEX sends a project timeline to the client
- Payment schedule sent, including breakdown of holding deposit, stage payments, final balance and company T&Cs
Final Agreement / Contract
- Formal contract signed by both parties
Works Commence
- Construction work begins as per the agreed schedule and timeline
